Hiking | Free Camping

Many people don’t want to plan a trip to a far away place. Instead, they would rather take some daily trips closer to home. This is easier to plan and can be done without spending much money. Even when taking a day trip, be sure to talk to a doctor before beginning. Once you have the okay from your doctor, you can begin walking around your neighborhood. Once you are confident that you are in good enough shape to tackle a more challenging walking experience, you can plan a day hike. At first, you should plan light hikes with short distances on level terrain. It is okay to vary the time and distance of each trip once you are comfortable with going farther while walking across more difficult terrain.

The number one rule for free camping is making sure you’re camping legally. It’s not as easy as just choosing a nice looking spot and pitching your tent for the night. Different countries have different rules and requirements regarding free camping, so make sure you find out which areas allow you to camp for free, and which ones to steer clear of. The internet is your biggest and best resource for finding locations to enjoy free camping. This also applies if you have a caravan or an RV instead of a tent. When it comes to free camping, it definitely pays to do your research before you leave home. It will save you from getting into trouble by pitching your tent where you’re not supposed to, or being on the road and being unable to find anywhere to stay.
