A great site for camping in the United States is at Petit Jean State Park that lies close to Little Rock, Arkansas which is ideally suited for a holiday having more than one hundred twenty campsites and more than thirty cabins. You can also try out swimming and picnic areas and there are also many wonderful trails for walking and even viewing the excellent waterfalls at Cedar falls.

Typically, expeditions are considered long hikes and will take their toll on you, and with some lasting two weeks or longer being prepared for most contingencies as well as packing light enough to be comfortable can be a challenge.
